Pulp Engine v0.46.1 — Release Notes

Patch release. No functional changes.

What changed

pnpm-lock.yaml — added the apps/worker importer entry that was missing from the lockfile shipped in v0.46.0. The omission caused pnpm install --frozen-lockfile to fail in CI environments, blocking the v0.46.0 release pipeline.

Upgrade

Drop-in replacement for v0.46.0. No code changes, no migration required.
